MORE INFO
This 375 has been meticulously restored to better-than-original beauty and functionality. Both a bow thruster AND a stern thruster were installed to improve maneuverability and wow do they accomplish that! The bothersome inboard engine this boat came with originally has been removed and a solid Suzuki 140 HP outboard has been installed on the swim platform. The owner is very pleased with the resulting performance capability of this vessel, as well as the engine's fuel-sipping behavior, resulting in economical trips far and wide!
An equally awesome feature of this houseboat is the gorgeous remodel, performed by craftsmen who know their trade and take pride in their work! The deck, topsides and hull were resurfaced and painted to a nice sheen.
The main entry is through the starboard sliding glass door onto the main salon area with built-in couch creating a nice open feel for socializing. Down a few steps you enter the galley and bedroom area to port, and head to starboard. The galley has a refrigerator/freezer, two-burner propane stove and kitchen sink. There is space on the ledge above for a microwave. Cabinetry is all new, as is the countertop. The interior flooring was professionally installed, the galley cabinetry and appliances are beautiful and artfully placed. The head has a marine toilet, sink and stand-up shower.
Accessible through a cubby-hole entry in the galley or a forward spiral staircase is a half-height sleeping area with two twin beds. Nice carpeting and wood finishes are inviting.
The back deck has a hatch to access the engine compartment which still contains machinery like the generator, water heater and batteries. Up a few ladder steps is a large deck for lounging, and further forward and up a few more ladder steps is the helm with captain's chair plus port and starboard seating for four.
The boat was hauled and painted two years ago.
THE SLIP is transferrable and liveaboard status may be arranged with the harbormaster.
Dinghy included: 1994, 10 ft 2 in, 15HP Evinrude outboard.
