Northern Marine has a long tradition of building long range cruising and expedition yachts from their prestigious shipyard in the Pacific Northwest. Specializing in providing one-of-a-kind designs, Northern Marine offers very flexible customization options to meet owners specific cruising requirements. Major customization requests, such as having an aft or forward pilothouse configuration for example, can easily be done with our skilled craftsmen and facility.

Descendants of the durable seagoing commercial fishing vessels of the Northwest Pacific Ocean, Northern Marine has improved upon that design with the latest technologies including resin-infused fiberglass for a reinforced hull. The interiors of each Northern Marine as a work of art, utilizing rare woods, the best granite, and luxurious fabrics to provide a level of comfort for your "pampered cruising adventure".

In September 2019, Seattle Yachts acquired Northern Marine to complement our growing number of cruising boat brands we offer from coast to coast. Seattle Yachts brings a world of expertise and project management with our new yacht build team

Northern Marine Shipyard

Located in the heart of the Pacific Northwest offshore cruising grounds of Anacortes, Washington, the Northern Marine Shipyard builds yachts fitting for its environment.  Because of the difficult waters surrounding this part of the world's cruising grounds, each vessel must be carefully designed and constructed to meet high safety guidelines and performance requirements. The skilled workforce at Northern Marine has decades of experience and have honed their craft through countless builds.

Northern Marine 57 - "Agave"

"Agave" is a gorgeous Northern Marine 57 delivered in 2017 and provides incredible range thanks efficient John Deere 6090 power and the 2,500 gallon fuel capacity. The quality of the interior on Agave is immaculate with Sapele wood, custom flooring, and high-end fixtures. The owner's suite on board is down and forward from the pilothouse and features a king sized berth, luxurious bathroom, and an abundance of storage.

Northern Marine 57 - "APOGEE"

"APOGEE" is a beautiful Northern Marine 57 originally delivered in Orcas Island, Washington. The "APOGEE" name is well known in the yachting industry having belonged to a 62.5 meter Codecasa superyacht as well. Every Northern Marine yacht built today receives the most recent marine technology available to ensure safety, ease of navigation, and overall enjoyment in your experience. 

Northern Marine 64 - "AQUILA"

"AQUILA" is a Northern Marine 64 design and customized for commercial use for diving and cruising. As the 10th Northern Marine 64 delivered, AQUILA was the first to be designed to comply with strict regulations in order to comply with the U.S. Coast Guard Subchapter T-class certification.
