John D'Agostino

John was born and raised in Massapequa L.I. N.Y. and started boating at the age of 10. After moving to Florida at the age of 21, he was involved in many facets of the boating industry. John’s marine experience was enhanced by serving with the Broward County Sheriff’s Office assigned to the Marine Unit and Dive Rescue Specialist Team. After retiring from BSO, John was employed as the CEO of a personal watercraft company with over 100 employees and several locations within Florida.

John joined the Allied Marine Group concentrating on selling new and brokerage yacht sales, receiving several awards for top sales throughout the years. He then joined Sunseeker yacht manufacture based in Poole, England as Vice President heading up a new brokerage division for the U.S. and was shortly promoted to General Manager for Sunseeker's new yacht sales division. Due to company expansion, the sales division was sold to a foreign investor. John joined Hatteras Yachts as the regional sales manager for the Motor Yacht and Sportfish line of yachts, the company was recently sold and the new ownership is taking a different path
with the larger yachts.

John has a wealth of experience in the yacht industry and Seattle Yachts is very pleased to have him on our team. John’s expertise will serve his clients well.
