Dave and Erin Townley, a father-daughter duo, bring a very personalized level of knowledge and professionalism to the yacht shopping and buying process. With 45+ years of combined experience in the business, they have been aboard thousands of yachts and have helped clients buy or sell hundreds of yachts over the years. After living aboard various yachts for 8 years as a family of four, they have a unique and helpful perspective on family cruising, the live-aboard lifestyle, and passage making. This has helped them build an extensive knowledge base, perfect for helping their clients find the right fit for their next boating adventure!

Dave and Erin offer traveling brokerage services on behalf of buyers, traveling all over the US and even internationally in search of their clients’ dream yachts. They also offer a unique and extensive listing experience with one-of-a-kind photography and yacht tours utilizing high-end camera and drone work to make their listings stand out in a crowd.

Dave’s sailing career began in the South China Sea out of Okinawa, Japan as a kid. He has since completed tens of thousands of miles aboard various power and sail boats and lived aboard with his wife and 2 kids. Erin, one of the kids, grew up living aboard on the Chesapeake and has also travelled thousands of nautical miles cruising. Dave and Erin are still racking up nautical miles on deliveries with clients.
