48' Custom Diamond Yachts 48 Sedan 2007

PLEASE NOTE, $200,000 PRICE REDUCTION FROM $795,000 TO $595,000 EFFECTIVE 10/3/18.

From the moment you stand next to DCT at the dock, you realize what a well built boat looks like! Built with an aluminum hull, and fiberglass superstructure, DCT is a solid, comfortable ride. Cruising at 16-17 knots, she will do 22 knots at her top end. Powered by two CAT 3126's, 450hp each, she is powerful and efficient. Maneuvering is a breeze with the twin screws (five blade props), and both bow and stern thrusters.

Stepping onto the teak covered swim platform from a dock makes for easy access to the boat, and the transom door gives a walkway through into the huge cockpit. DCT makes a comfortable fishing platform if thart is your style of boating, or a great outdoor entertainment area. In the cockpit, there is a centerline hatch, which gives easy access to the engine room, main systems, genset, fuel tanks etc. From the cockpit, one can ascend the teak and stainless ladder to the flybridge, where you have a full helm station with controls and electronics. Once again plenty of seating for entertaining your guests while underway or at anchor/dock. There is a large bimini top to keep out of the sun on those hot days, while sipping a cool beverage. The flybridge on DCT has excellent visibilty.

From the cockpit, you can head forward on the side decks on both side of the vessel, and reach the foredeck quite easily. There is plenty of real estate up on the foredeck for general relaxation, suntanning, and operating the windlass if necessary. The aft salon sliding door is a heavily built, high quality door (like all the hardware used), that is a breeze to open and close. Up into the salon, and you find it is large and bright, with big windows allowing a good amount of natural light into the vessel. There is a flat screen TV to stbd, a large sofa to the portside, and then a gorgeous handcrafted dinette to stbd (midships). All the  solid wood ( Cherry, Bubinga, and Black Walnut) interior joinery was built by two local cabinet makers, and would fit in on any high end yacht. The galley is immediately to portside, and is well equipped to handle making meals for any size group of guests. At the forward stbd side of the salon, is the lower helm, which is an extremely comfortable position to pilot the boat from in bad weather, or if the helmsman wants to socialize with everyone in the salon.

Forward, and down a few steps, you are in the accommodation, with the large VIP stateroom to stbd, the head with large stall shower to port, and then the master forward with a large island queen. Both the master and the VIP have built in sinks, with the master having his and hers sinks. Both staterooms boast quality fittings, magnificent joinery, and tons of space. DCT truly is a comfortable vessel for some serious cruising. Looking around at the quality of systems used, and their very well thought out layout, she is an easy vessel to understand, operate, and maintain. If you are in the market for a 45'-50' luxury motor yacht, "Dream Come True"is a must see for you!! You will not be disappointed!!!

the weather is warm enough to enjoy it as a convertible. Admittedly,
the view is great from the upper station on the flybridge.
The Master Helm also include the majority of the DC fuses and circuit

to three (3) rooms including:
-Left (Port) is a full bath
-Right (Starboard) is a Guest Stateroom
-Forward is the Master Stateroom
The Head:
The head is larger than most on boats this size. That’s because we
decided to have only one (1) toilet to clean and maintain. This decision
allowed us to design a comfortable shower and a bathroom (Head) that
is roomy and larger than most.
The toilet is a macerating type toilet that grinds up waste.
The holding tank holds 60 gallons of waste water.
The shower and sink do not dump into the holding tank. They drain into
the sump pump under the Galley and are pumped over the side.
The sink is a pedestal type with a sea design mirror above.
The shower has two (2) portlights with screens for fresh air.
A heater vent and return are in the bathroom providing a warm room
for showering on a cold day.

Guest Stateroom:
The Guest Stateroom is directly across from the bathroom.
This stateroom is designed for one (1) couple featuring an extra-long
double wide bed. The bed is under the Master Helm. There is a
relatively small area for standing, but has seating along the bed.
Two portlights at the bed’s head provide fresh air when anchored or
The room includes a sink for personal use.
Under the bed’s foot is a 150 gallon stainless steel water tank. The wall
at the bed’s foot includes a door that provides access to equipment
under the Galley.
The water pump for this fresh water storage is with the other
equipment under the Galley.

Master Stateroom:
Master Stateroom features a queen size bed that takes standard queen
There are his and hers dressing cabinets, two sinks, four (4) portlights,
and ceiling lighting.
Two side portlights can be open for fresh air even it’s raining.

portlights that would allow for escape in an emergency.
