Listing Broker Summary
It was truly a pleasure to familiarize myself with this vessel while compiling the listing and taking the photos (all photos taken August 2024). The 445 SUV offers a very high-end approach to the go anywhere, do anything modern yacht from this esteemed Australian builder. Entertain 12 for an evening of cocktails, take the family out for a 2-week cruise, or head to the Canyons to chase the fish. The 445 can do it all without compromise.
You will appreciate the “inside/outside” layout from the moment you step aboard. A sliding door and awning-style window connect the interior to the large cockpit outside, creating a fantastic platform for entertaining guests or just hanging out. Large windows in the hull and cabin house provide fantastic views from every corner. The high-end finishes, robust hardware and plentiful handrails show you that this is a builder committed to providing a high-quality and durable vessel, rather than just building to a price point.
Accommodations
Oak & Teak interior with two cabins and two heads/showers, with sleeping accommodations for up to 7. Air conditioning and reverse cycle heat throughout (upgraded to larger 32k BTU from standard). Salon and galley are “up” with cove lighting, flip-up TV and built in privacy/shade screens. Owners’ and guest cabin below. All bedding and upholstery upgraded since 2022.

Salon
Stepping into the salon area from the cockpit, you will first notice sight lines in all directions and a large U-shaped settee to starboard directly opposite the galley. The dinette table seats up to 6, and can lower to coffee table height, or down to further to create an additional full-size berth. An overhead handrail runs the length of the salon for security in a seaway. A large flatscreen TV flips up at the forward end of the salon. Sliding side windows with sliding door and opening window at aft bulkhead onto cockpit.
