1982 Pacific Seacraft 37 - Price Improvement!
Good Bones! Exceptional Value!
Commissioned new in San Francisco in 1982 for her first owner, the current owner bought "Chianti" in 1996 and moved her to Anacortes. After spending 10 years cruising the San Juans, she made trips up the Inside Passage to Alaska in 2006 and 2007. On returning in 2007, she was mothballed and dry stored in Anacortes until May 2017. Her owner pulled the boat out of storage, pulled the mast, had the mast professionally Awlgrip painted, replaced running rigging, professionally inspected the standing rigging, and re-stepped the refurbished spar in August 2017. The sails are in very good condition, all engine fluids were changed and the engine run on the hard, fuel tank inspected and cleaned, mast has been refurbished, and fresh coat of bottom paint Fall 2017. New bimini and full cockpit canvas enclosure installed in 2007 and stored inside the boat since.
"Chianti" needs updated electronics, teak deck maintenance, and a new owner who will sail her. She’s a great foundation for someone who wants to purchase a below market value vessel with good bones
