This magnificent vessel is a 2003 Horizon Yachts 92' Skylounge with cockpit located for sale in the Pacific Northwest. "The previous owners were longtime cruisers who are retiring from boating, so it was imperative that we sell Mary's Promise IV quickly," said Martin Snyder. Mary's Promise IV had recently been reduced to the asking price of $1,850,000. Captain-maintained and stored in a beautiful boathouse, this Horizon CPMY was in excellent condition at the time of sale. A new leather sectional with built-in lounge seating offers a wonderful place to enjoy the view at cruise or relax with a glass of wine with friends.

The galley on this Horizon offers Viking professional dual-sources range and oven along with lots of counter space for food preparation. The large windows in front of the sink offers a great view to the chef of the day. Granite counters, sub-zero freezer/fridge, and Zephyr typhoon stainless steel range hood create a galley fit for any 5-star restaurant.
Guests onboard Mary's Promise IV were treated to spectacular views in the formal dining area. Placed forward, the port and starboard windows combined with the windshield allow for natural light and a wonderful ambiance during meals. Actuated blinds also provide privacy if desired. The large, hand-crafted cherry wood table and the Dakota-Jackson of New York chairs are of the highest quality.
Mary's Promise IV features five luxurious staterooms and five heads, all finished in a hand-crafted satin cherry. The owner's suite is particularly extravagant and offers a king-sized island berth with pillowtop mattress, nightstands with three drawers, multiple clothes lockers, and good portholes for ventilation. The owner's en suite head has a heated marble for for those chilly Pacific Northwest nights along with a marble countertop and his-and-her sinks.
