No town in America, more so than Annapolis, has boating so engrained in its culture. It is a part of our community and central to what makes our town so special. To celebrate the start of the boating season on the Chesapeake, the boating industry of Annapolis welcomes you to a community-wide open house of boating businesses on Saturday, May 11th, from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Participating businesses will display their best boats and products, have their teams on hand, and open their doors to you, the boating community of Annapolis!
All participating yacht sales companies will have boats on display and their teams on hand to welcome and talk to you about your boating aspirations, plans for boat ownership, or the sale of your current boat. Various other marine industry businesses will also be participating, from financing to insurance and sail makers to charter companies. This is a co-brokerage and marine industry-friendly event, so industry insiders are welcome to mingle and walk between the participating businesses with your clients.

NIMBUS T-11 (Located At Our Demo Dock)
While the Nimbus T-11's performance will leave you in awe, don't forget about the social and entertainment aspect of this boat which are quite incredible for its size. The helm is raised for visibility and has comfortable seating for three. The bow seating area offers an exhilarating ride when running at WOT with nice bench seating and a sunpad. NIMBUS C-9 (Located At Our Display)
At first glance, the Nimbus C9 simply looks like it is what it does best - a boat to move you and your passengers to destinations with a purpose. Always being practical, the designers at Nimbus also opted to give owners the option of using the C9 recreationally as well. It is a boat, after all. The overnight accommodations on board can sleep three adults and two children in the spacious fore-cabin as well as the salon which converts to a bed. “It is important to us that we are able to meet the needs and wishes communicated to us by our customers, the people who use their boats to get around on a daily basis. This is why we have created a modern commuter, for those who travel in typical Nordic weather throughout the year. However, it would be remiss not to point out that this remains a leisure craft and should not be compared with models built for professional boat categories,” says Jonas Göthberg, commercial director at Nimbus. The Nimbus Weekender 9, also called the Nimbus W9, is a new day boat with overnight accommodations that focuses on the social aspects of boating. The W9 is built with all of the same safety and quality standards that you would expect from the Nimbus team, yet offers a new take on design, functionality, and comfort for everyone on board. The Nimbus T9 is something of a chameleon and can adapt to most situations, for example transportation to and from a holiday home for most of the year, as a tender for a larger boat, for a variety of water sports, fishing, overnight accommodation or onboard social activities with friends and family. OCEAN SPORT 30 ROAMER (Located At Our Demo Dock)
The Ocean Sport 30 Roamer features a functional and versatile design, highlighted by a 20-degree bow rise for exceptional performance. Nearly identical to the Ocean Sport 33, the 30 Roamer does not feature the extended cockpit for the owner that needs the extra 3-feet of space on the aft deck. The Excess 15 is the flagship of the Excess line of catamarans. Measuring 48’5” LOA, its beam is 26’4”, and draft is 4’7”.
