MY YACHT WORTH?
The Hampton 700 Skylounge is the largest model of the Motor Yacht series and is designed for endless cruising, entertainment, and making memories. The 700 is the epitome of Hampton's commitment to building tough, sturdy boats that have the capability to handle seas offshore, but with the elegance to make the ride enjoyable. The semi-planing hull is as strong as they come having been hand-laid with solid fiberglass and Cymax Kevlar along with Vinylester resin in the first five layers. By combining the very best materials, a solid fiberglass hull, and the longitudinal and transverse stringer system, the strength of the Hampton Motor Yacht is truly unmatched in its class.
The 700 Skylounge differs from the 700 Motor Yacht in that is encloses the flybridge to extend the inside living spaces. Your guests will enjoy cruising in comfort with fantastic views as you or your captain drive from the state-of-the-art helm station. The Skylounge also has a 42' LED TV with a lift on the starboard side, a stairway down to the country kitchen, and an additional day head for your convenience.
The Hampton 700 aft cockpit is set up for enjoying dining al fresco or simply enjoying the sunset while at anchor. The flybridge deck overhang provides shade and protection in the event of a rain shower. A teak wood table with a compass rose inlay design stands adjacent to the cruising settee that can fit multiple guests. Staircases with teak steps and decking lead to both the swim platform and the flybridge from the aft cockpit. Also featured are hot/cold shower unites, refrigerator, storage cabinets, a sink with Corian countertop, and LED lights overhead.
Stepping inside the salon, the feeling of being at home takes over. The custom Makore Cherry wood paneling and cabinetry have a high-gloss finish and combined with the light from the large windows and the soft fabrics throughout, make the 700 Skylounge a pleasure to cruise for weeks at a time. Multiple seating areas make socializing or watching the 49" flat-screen television enjoyable.
The galley is in a country-kitchen style layout and is separated from the salon and dining area by the bulkhead and a few steps up. The Corian countertops, optional heated granite floors, and high-end appliances provide owners with the ability to cook meals for all guests and crew, if desired, on board easily. An abundance of storage in the galley also helps with stocking supplies during longer excursions.
Accommodations on the Hampton 700 are designed entirely to provide a haven of rest and rejuvenation for all on board. The 700 Skylounge offers three staterooms for guests as well as an additional two rooms for crew. The master suite stretches the full beam of the yacht giving the owners a wonderful space to relax, particularly with the king-sized berth. There are 5 cedar-lined hanging lockers, drawers under the bed, and additional storage spaces incorporated through the master suite. The master bath is also en suite and has his-and-hers undercounter sinks with Grohe faucets. The marble countertop is an elegant detail.
The VIP stateroom and mid-guest stateroom each have their own bathroom and are spacious with ample storage. The VIP features an island berth, opening portlights with screens for ventilation, and more cedar-lined lockers. The third guest stateroom has twin beds with a nightstand in between, however the beds can slide together making a full sized berth.
